Jason W. Hauck
Bio
Jason Hauck was a star law student who graduated magna cum laude from the Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2016 and passed the Illinois Bar Exam on his first try a few months later.
Before entering law school, Mr. Hauck spent more than 11 years working in construction. He suffered a severe shoulder injury that required surgery and extensive rehabilitation. He’s been through the workers’ compensation experience from the worker’s side of the table and understands the questions and worries injured workers have.
Jason grew up in Woodstock and is a graduate of Marian Central Catholic High School. He holds an associate’s degree from McHenry County College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College of Missouri. Many of his college credits were earned while he was working full time.
While he was a law student, Jason worked with the Kane County Public Defenders’ Office. He wrote a motion highlighting improper police procedures that resulted in all charges being dropped against a client. He spent a year defending indigent clients through the Zeke Giorgi Legal Clinic and was awarded Outstanding Clinical Student for that year.
Jason is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, McHenry County Bar Association, and Lake County Bar Association.
